If the customer is using YoutubeDream for the first time they are entitled to a 14 day risk free period to evaluate the quality of the service.  Provided they’ve filled out the cancel form during the first 14 days of service they can additionally request a refund by emailing business@youtubedream.com.  Charges and refunds are dependent on the exchange rate between the US Dollar and your currency for the day.

While we do our best to minimize any mistakes, due to the nature of creative design we can not guarantee all files delivered will be 100% error free. Upon file delivery, you agree to review and proof all files for any errors or omissions and notify our team if any changes/corrections are needed. We will do our best to rush any edits to correct the mistakes. YoutubeDream is not responsible or liable for any losses or expenses incurred from errors or omissions.

YoutubeDream is an online digital editing video service offering a subscription based unlimited video editing service or once off video editing requests.

Cancellation of subscription

The YoutubeDream editing subscription service is made with no contracts. As such, you may cancel your subscription at anytime. To cancel, you will need to send an email to us with your notice of cancellation. On receipt, we will promptly cancel your subscription at which point you will retain full access to use the video editing subscription service until the next billing cycles begin.
